Duffy came to Top Flight in January 2003, via a very unusual route. An actor by trade, he became a recruiter to pay the bills! His work led him to do a bit of recruiting for Top Flight, which eventually led him to a full-time position as a broker. Duffy infuses humor and creativity in his job, allowing him to service his accounts with a personal touch and resourcefulness. Duffy continues acting to the delight of the employees at Top Flight and all who have had the pleasure of seeing him in a local stage production.
